Third party services

When you subscribe to newsletters from Pasefika Proud we will only use your personal information for managing your subscription and assessing newsletter effectiveness. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter at any time.

Our newsletters are managed using a third-party tool called Mailchimp. Mailchimp provides analytics to Pasefika Proud on how people interact with our newsletters (e.g. how many subscribers have opened emails or clicked on links).
This means that Pasefika Proud and Mailchimp will be able to see your name, email and details about which links in Pasefika Proud newsletters you have clicked on. If you want to see how they handle information, you can read Mailchimp’s privacy statement external.

Pasefika Proud only uses this information to assess newsletter effectiveness.

Website analytics

We may use analytic tools to see how our website is being used, for example what areas of the website are viewed most often, and what searches are being made.

These tools collect your IP address so that we can assess usage by location. Otherwise, that analytic information is anonymous.

We cannot use this information to identify you, and we would not try to do so.
